OANDA.TXT

To any and all interested in downloading the OANDA program -- this is version
3.0 -- the major change from version 2.11 is that a minor bug was fixed
and this version uses Visual dBASE 5.6 (rather than 5.5a) ...

1) Make sure you download all three zip files (OANDA1.ZIP through OANDA3.ZIP);

2) If you have earlier versions of this program installed -- remove/delete 
*.EXE and *.DLL from the directory you installed it to;

3) Create a temporary directory _other_ than TEMP (something like INSTALL) 
and unzip all three files to that directory. Read the file "README.TXT" for 
further instructions.
