OANDA 3.02

This is a very minor update to the Ordinary and Armorial program, fixing
a problem that was created in the 3.01 release with the new types
being too long for the display area on the screens. This also includes
a fix for the problem translating the OANDA.DB and MY.CAT files from
UNIX format to ASCII. This means that this version should run perfectly
on an NT 4.0 machine as well as all the others ...

* If you have the 3.0 or 3.01 release, then simply unzip all three of the
  files (OandA1.zip, OandA2.zip and OandA3.zip) into a temporary
  installation directory, run the setup program (SETUP.EXE) and install
  it to whereever you currently have the Oanda system installed.

* If you have an earlier version (earlier than 3.0) on your system, delete
  all .EXE and .DLL files before doing the above.

* If you do not have the system currently on your computer, just unzip all
  three of those files as explained, and run the setup program.

* If you have *any* earlier version, you can safely delete TEXT.EXE, as it
  is no longer used in the software.
