OSP for Wolfenstein - Demo Controls

Demo playback under OSP rebinds all keys to a static layout. By doing
this, OSP is able to take over all key handling to support features in
demos specific to OSP. However, this means that all binds that you may
have used before in demo playback will no longer function properly.

The benefit in all this is that demos will no longer "crap out" if you
accidentally hit the wrong key. You can safely view scores, for instance.
AVI recording facilities are also available.

Every attempt has been made to accomodate the most used features/settings
in demo playback, but if there is something missing in the command list
given below, drop me an email. I'll try to get your request in the next
release.
