Subject: FOR-SALE: Forte VFX-1 HMD


Hi all.  I am considering selling one of my Forte VFX-1 Head-Mounted
Displays to make room (and cash) for some other equipment.  (Don't
worry, I'm keeping my other VFX-1 -- and my wife will just have to wear
the VIO i-glasses for now :).

Anyways, if anyone is interested in buying my VFX-1 (in excellent
condition -- I take great care of my stuff -- and I have all the
original packaging, of course) -- then please let me know.  I would like
to sell it for around $450+shipping, which I think is quite reasonable.
I think that I could hang out for more than that, but I'm kind-of in a
hurry here to buy some other equipment, so I'm willing to let it go for
a little less to be able to do it quickly.

Just let me know.  Oh, please note that I will be out of town for a few
days (Sunday August 3rd through Wednesday August 6th) -- so if you mail
me then it might not be until Thursday that I can get back to you.

Hi,

	I just recently purchased a VFX1 HMD. I was hoping to use it
with the Linux OS, unfortunately Forte Technologies will not release
any info on how to program the headtracker. So I am willing to part
with this hmd. It is brand new, only used once or twice. All software
and manuals included (The software is pretty much demos of programs
and games. If anyone is interested, I can throw in the SDK (for DOS
and Windows.) and I might have a personal copy of the Virtek
development package (which supports the VFX1). I'm asking $450.00 for
this hmd or best offer. Please email me for more info. If you wish to
pick it up, I am in Morton Grove, Illinois.
