Media Industry Visionary, Nick Nicholas, Becomes Major Investor in Zombie,
Inc.

	Seattle, Wash. -- July 15, 1994 -- Zombie, a Seattle-based
virtual reality entertainment company, announced today that Nick Nicholas,
former co-chairman of media giant Time Warner, Inc. has agreed to become a
major financial backer of the company. Nicholas is lending the experience
and resources he gained in the thirty years he worked as a pioneer in the
cable industry to help Zombie bring virtual reality into mainstream
consumer technology.

Zombie is developing virtual reality entertainment applications
for the next generation of personal computers and video game systems. The
company's founders are Joanna Alexander and Mark Long, both formally with
the David Sarnoff Research Center. Alexander and Long were conducting
research and development in virtual reality when they left Sarnoff to form
Zombie.

Nicholas is currently serving as a director of Zombie, Inc.
Nicholas was involved with the early development of HBO and cable
television and was instrumental in turning Time Warner Inc. into the
worlds leading media and entertainment company. He also serves as a
director of Xerox Corporation and Bankers Trust New York corporation.
Nicholas is extending his vast business and media experience to support
Zombie in its effort to become the leader in the commercial application of
virtual reality.

Virtual reality represents a whole new frontier in media and
entertainment and it has the potential to have an enormous impact on how
people learn, work and play, said Nicholas. Zombie has the talent,
discipline and sense of flair to bring this potential into the home and
into an extraordinary experience for people.

Joining Nicholas in his support are the David Sarnoff Research
Center and co-investor Michael Tannen, a well-known entertainment lawyer
and media advisor. He is currently a director of Zombie. Tannen also
brings the company a wealth of knowledge and experience in media and
entertainment to the company as he has spent more than twenty-five years
working in almost every aspect of the entertainment industry.
