Hello,

I am currently working on an implementation of the error corrections
presented in the article
"A Computational Model for the Stereoscopic Optics of a Head-Mounted Display"
by W. Robinett and J.P. Rolland.

Is there anyone else working on an implementation as well? I'd like to 
exchange some ideas.

Another question: I have proceedings of the SPIE conferences "Stereoscopic
Displays and Applications", I (vol. 1256) and II (vol. 1457). Have number III 
and IV already been held? If so, what are the volume numbers of the 
proceedings?

Any response will be greatly appreciated.
