With the phasing out of the machine milton.u.washington.edu, we've 
been forced to change the location of our moderation account--
we decided while we were at it that we may as well cause complete
confusion, instead of just partial.  So we also changed the account
name.  :)
 
The new account name is "scivw@u.washington.edu".  For those people
who send us postings via mail, please make note of this new address.
