They have 5 models fro sale from 40"X40" to 70"X70" ($88 to $225).
They are made by DA-LITE, so you may be able to find another source.
Reel 3D also carries a number of polarized glasses from $1 to $10 as
well as other 3D supplies and books.

There is also a certain type of silver spray paint that will work, but
it is very hard to apply evenly.
