Objectives

The twelfth European Annual Conference on Human Decision Making and
Manual Control will be held in Kassel, which has become the
geographical center of Germany and got a growing importance as a link
between eastern and Western Europe. The Man-Machine Systems group in
the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the young University of
Kassel celebrated its tenth anniversary a few month ago.

The Conference continues the tradition established in 1981 of bringing
together researchers from different disciplines of man-machine
interaction research in an informal way. The main goal of this
conference is to provide a forum for the extensive discussion of new
and ongoing work among all participants. Thus, only plenary sessions
will be held with good time for presentation and discussion provided.

The conference will be held in English.
