VRAIS-93, the first IEEE Technical Conference on Virtual Reality will
be held September 18-22 in Seattle Washington.  This conference will
cover the state of the art in Virtual Environments and Teleoperation.
There will be 2 days of tutorials, a video proceedings, and 3 days of
