My company, Simsalabim Systems, in Berkeley, CA, has released a new
product called the Cyberscope.  The Cyberscope is an optical device
that converts your own home computer( IBM PC ) into a powerful 3D
viewing machine.  By generating two images on the screen and
displaying side-by-side, Cyberscope compatible software allows the
user to see objects in true 3D.  The Cyberscope sells for only $179.

Although this is much less expensive than the HMD's and flicker
glasses( about $6000 and $3000 respectively ), the image quality is
comparable, if not better.  Ben Delaney of CyberEdge journal said of
the Cyberscope "I've seen it. It works. It's cool. Check it out!"
Mitchell Waite of the Waite Group not only bought one as soon as he
saw it, but said the image quality was better than REND386.
