Hi Cyberfellows,

................Would'nt be impossible to controll the development of
small bussines? The news libraries (like sense8) are becomming
popular, it would create a new market to small VR firms (software and
aplications), would'nt it?  I agree that government can to create
obstacles, but could obstruct?  I hope government and academics do not
obstacles to it in USA, because here, in Brazil, starting a new and
small business is very difficult at all areas ( VR would be
impossible).
