Job Opening -- CDK Development

Autodesk, Inc. has a software engineering opening to extend and build
on its Cyberspace Developer Kit (CDK).  A qualified applicant will
have a strong, active interest in VR systems, and significant software
development experience, including object-oriented techniques,
preferably with C++.

This is an opportunity to develop the next level of software tools for
"the Golden Age of the Imagination."

Specific experience is required programming in one or more of the
following areas: physical simulation; high-performance graphic
displays; interactive networking; user interface design; linear
algebra and projective geometry; distributed simulation; multi-
tasking.

Experience developing interactive applications for a window-based
environment is desired.

The successful applicant will be able to present ideas clearly and
effectively, and to work well in a team environment.

This is a full-time position in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Salary
will be based on applicable education and experience.
