                      SIMGRAPHICS ENGINEERING CORP.

SimGraphics Engineering Corp. (S Pasadena, CA), is a leading developer
of real-time, 3D animation and virtual reality/visual simulation
software and systems. SimGraphics is the developer of the award winning
VActor(TM) Animation Creation System. This performance animation system
allows actors, wearing special input devices for their head, face, and
body, to control the corresponding features of computer generated
characters or objects (virtual actors or VActors) in real-time. The
VActor System includes two products: VActor Performer, a
hardware/software system which provides the equipment required to
produce VActors for live performances, and VActor Producer, which will
include the more sophisticated capabilities required to use VActors for
creating editable animation for film, TV, video, and multimedia. VActor
Performer is distributed to entertainment installations such as theme
parks, stadiums, and museums by Iwerks Entertainment of Burbank,
California, one of the leading manufacturers of specialty film products.

SimGraphics also maintains a group that provides services for VActor
animation, 3D graphics system software development, and custom
application development. The company has created VActors for Nintendo
(trade shows, live TV interviews, laserdiscs, mall tours), The Disney
Channel (pilot TV show), Interplay Productions (CD-ROM), Ricoh (trade
show in Japan), Fujisankei Television (touring exhibition), Hewlett-
Packard (corporate video), and NHK (high-defini-tion television
commercial). Companies for whom SimGraphics has completed major software
and simulation development projects include IBM, Hewlett-Packard, 3DO,
Prodigy, David Sarnoff Research Labs, Ford, Northrop, Texas Instruments
and the National Computer Graphics Association.
