As a newcomer to SCi-VW, I know little about the participants.

However, only the group not the University of Washington has ANY say
in its moderation.

As a matter of principle, the group has to be moved to another site.
I suggest we elect a new moderator and willing sites volunteer to
provide the service in exchange for the publicity and good-will.  Let
the new moderator select a convienient site.

If Toni is qualified let her be the moderator, as long as she and not
the University of Washington is in control.
