Just for your information, and interest, I've got a book called "User
Centered System Design" edited by Donald Norman and Steve Draper (who
was my lecturer at Glasgow University). Worth checking out if your
interested in that area. Judging by the title, the content of the book
could be quite similar to "Toward Human-Centered Design", though I've
never seen the latter.  An updated version maybe...
