A NOTE FROM THE MODERATOR...

I note that some posting hosts add weird items to the dates in some
postings (like "GMT0BST-1"!) or otherwise format the date in a strange
way.  (There must be a comma after the day, for example; if it's
missing, the item won't post.)

This is the most common reason for lost posts: I send them off and
then delete the mail, only to learn a few moments later that the item
didn't post.  Usually, I can go back and copy the original item from
buffer.  Sometimes, I can't, and your posting is lost.

Check your dates.  Common format is

     Day, Date Month Year 00:00:00 -700 JST (last two optional)

When in doubt, simplify by stripping the extra items or make sure your
administrator knows of this anomaly and takes action to correct it.
