So, does this mean that if I wanted to use WorldToolKit for <field-x>
then I might turn round one day and find that Sense8 had sold the
rights in that field to someone else? I am not overwhelmingly
impressed!
 
Forgive me if I'm being naive here, but would it be fair to say that
this is unheard of in the software industry? e.g. BillSoft grants
exclusive rights for its WinDows operating environment in the
spreadsheet environment to CellEx Developments Inc!
 
Mind you, I cannot see it being a good long-term marketing strategy!
