that may be interesting for some of you:

_Algorithms For Stereoscopic Imaging_ by Victor J. Duvanenko and W.E. Robbins

_Psychedelic Technology_ by Michael Swaine

The last one has a strange title but is a good general introduction to virtual
reality.
