  I'm interested in building some wave inducing brain machines, and an
inexpensive flotation tank.  I have the resources, and the technical
assistance (engineer friends).  What we could really use though, are some
schematics for the brain machines, and some mechanical shop drawings for
the flotation tanks.  This way we would not have to work through trial and
error.

Does anyone have these items?

Any help would be very appreciated.
