OTIS is a "virtual art gallery" of sorts, a place for artists to exhibit their works in GIF and JPG format. A watering hole for feasting eyes. There are all varieties of images, from scanned line art to graphic (computer) art. Art, of course, is a relative term (as with most terms), so don't take it too seriously. If you've created a stunning piece of virtureal-estate that you'd like to show off, feel free to either email it to me in a uuencoded format...or just PUT it at either of the FTP sites in my SIG. Include information on your project, your images and yourself.
