Sorry about the lapse in keeping everyone informed.  I have turned over most
of my correspondence to Ben Gross, the Leader of the Group, as I am well
into the manufacturing phase.  Rest assured that production is about 1 week
behind schedule, so we are doing OK.  All bugs have been fixed, and the code
is cleaning up nicely.  

For anyone interested in the PGSI, its progress, when boards will be shipped,
etc, please email pgsi@uiuc.edu for these and other questions.  This will get
to Ben the fastest, so please use that address instead of mine.  If you do
have a question about the PGSI you need me to answer (which is unlikely), send
it to pgsi@uiuc.edu and tell ben to forward it to me.  That would work best,
since I merely have my mailer forward all inital inquiries of PGSI relation
stuff to him at pgsi@uiuc.edu

Now, for the juicy news.  If all goes well, I hope to ship out a few BETA
units to developers by the end of next week.  If you signed up on the list
of people, then I will be contacting you when the units are made.  These
will be handmade-BETA units, so bear that in mind.  Your finished units will
come later.  (Just so noone thinks that they will get only a BETA unit)

All is quiet while I wait for parts and such, but here is a question for you
all.

It is rapidly approaching graduation time, and I am having the dickens of a
time finding a job.  I want to do imbedded processor design, or imbedded
system design, but there seems to be no jobs in that area available.  I
would not mind working at Motorola in Austin, but I could not get an interview
with them.  Also, I really want to do the imbedded system part.  Anyway, my
point is:  Does anyone know of places I should be looking that I am missing.
You all know what this project entails.  IS there someone I definitely
should call?  Anyone, Anyone?
Well, off to class I go.  See you later, and keep bugging us about ship
dates and such.  It keeps us on the go....
