Isn't there a sample survey with answers in the FAQ? We seem to get a
lot of requests for responses - and always the same questions (I've
answered a couple in the past, but never get any results even though
they are offered by the surveyor.)

Seems to me like these surveys are a bit parasitical, (sorry to single
out this innocent surveyor) but they do seem to appear on a
depressingly frequent basis and we never hear from them again!
