	Greetings,

I'm interested in obtaining an active matrix colour LCD (VGA) display
from a laptop computer - the type of computer is completely immaterial
to me!

Now, I've sourced most dealers that I can, for their spare parts on
their machines - and the cheapest so far is about $2500 (the most
expensive being approx. $11000). So here is the request, in two parts:

	1)	Does anyone know where I might be able to source a
screen cheaper than this?

	2)	What is the cheapest laptop around (can anyone say 
secondhand?) that I might buy and scavange the screen from?
