The Institute for Simulation and Training invites applicants for the following position: Research Associate - Visual Systems Scientist Position No. 42221 Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science or discipline related to visual simulation and training. Experience and or education desired in computer graphics, software development, real- time simulation and object oriented programming. The successful candidate will assist the Principal Investigator in performing Virtual Reality R & D and will be expected to perform a variety of duties including software design, programming, testing, technical writing and supervision of Graduate and Undergraduate assistants. Ability to communicate clearly with other professionals in English (oral and written) is preferred. Salary $33,000 - negotiable. Position is funded from contract and grant monies.
