Subject: MISC: A "Thankyou" to the VR Community

Just a brief note to thank all you "cyberchums" who have proffered
their congratulations on my impending wedding, scheduled for 25
September in Scotland's one-and-only Gretna Green (who says VE
researchers aren't romantic?!).  The lady's name is Deirdre (a good
old North-of-England name), and she comes complete with two kids, aged
3 and 6, both of whom have experienced VR for real (?!).

Your thoughts and best wishes are truly appreciated...celebratory
drinks will be gratefully received at the Meckler VR '93 Conference in
New York and at the VR User's Conference in London, as will gifts
(especially a new head-mounted display!).

Any tributes, messages of sympathy, wreaths, etc., please forward to
my ex-wife at British Aerospace.
