In addition to the commercial VR installations at the North Pier, I
believe the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago has just opened
a new exibit that includes VR.  I have not yet seen the either the
ones at North Pier or at Science and Industry so I cannot comment on
them.  The Museum can be very crowded, especially on weekends, so keep
that in mind.  The Museum also has an Omnimax theater; while not quite
VR, it can produce much the same effect on people.
