On-Line Newsgroup: sci.virtual-worlds I have seen alot of games, and most claim to be 3D. However they are NOT STEREO 3D. A stereo 3D game lets each eye see a different view so it looks as if you are IN THE ACTION. There are several companies that sell cheap 3D glasses; Such as 3DTV. For $85 you can get their kit and have it up and going in about 45 minutes. They are on the WWW but I forget the site name (something like http://www.stereospace.com I think). Their 3D glasses are the same as the old Sega type 3D glasses and work very well. You can easily convert the old Sega type glasses for use with IBM or Mac. In any case, this isn't an add for the above. I was wondering if anyone knew of any games that use the 3D glasses? Besides VR-Slingshot (which isn't to bad really). I know alot of new games support HMD's (Head Mounted Displays). But, what about our cheap VR-glasses???? i.e. something the rest of us can afford! Thanks for any info you can give me................
