From: mjz@pipeline.com (Michael J. Zanoni) Subject: PHIL: Questionaire on VR? Date: 25 Aug 1995 19:29:40 -0400 Message-ID: <41lmd4$6fv@pipe1.nyc.pipeline.com> Hello I'm looking to gain interested and/or knowledgeable people's perspectives of VR and have developed a relatively short (nine questions) questionnaire. My thanks to everyone in advance who take a moment to help me. In your opinion, will VR entertainment replace the 16-bit and 32-bit cartridge games? What will it take for VR to replace that market? To what degree would recent reports of motion sickness, etc. from exposure to VR inhibit your entry or further pursuit of VR? To what extent are you involved in VR now? Through 1996, how much money would it take to upgrade your current system to take advantage of what VR promises to deliver? What hardware and software do you think you might need and where would you buy it? How likely are you to make the hardware or software purchases? If not likely, what would it take to change your mind? What brand names come to mind when you think of VR? Whether you've opted to answer my questions or not, thank you for your taking the time to read my post. Michael J. Zanoni
