Hey Folks!

We are a Institute with a background in industrial automation and
robotics.  Recently we started a project about Virtual Reality and
Multimedia for industrial process control and Virtual
Manufacturing. We are very interested in related projects and research
undertaken by other groups.


Therefore my questions:

Are there any mailing lists, FTP servers or WWW pages?

Do you konw about special conferences or workshops (preferably UK or
USA) ?

Does anybody know of books, studies or papers addressing the topic of
Virtual Manufacturing ?

If anybody else of you is working on similar topic I would appreciate
eMail conversation. Do not hesitate to contact me.
