From: chrise@atc.boeing.com (Chris Esposito) Subject: TECH: looking for polygonal model of human skeleton Date: Wed, 22 Nov 1995 20:59:42 GMT Organization: Boeing Research & Technology I'm looking for a reasonably accurate polygonal model of a human skeleton, or at least the spine, but have not had much success in any of the places that I have looked. The human model packages I've looked at provide surface models of the skin. The medical web/FTP sites that I have seen have MRI or CAT scans, or digitized images of microtome slices that all need to be "glued" back together to produce a 3D model. I have found one or two FTP sites for 3D objects, but no skeletons. Can anybody provide a pointer to one? Thanks, Chris Microsoft Windows/NT - From the people who brought you EDLIN. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chris Esposito (206) 957-5797 | Internet: chrise@grace.rt.cs.boeing.com Boeing Research & Technology, Comp.
