The paper was also picked up by the US Congressional Office of Techonology Acessment (now defunct thanks to the budget cuts) for their report on VR & Technologies for Combat Training. They added a lot of good background, particularly about military systems. Their version is online at ftp://otabbs.ota.gov/pub/vr.military/ (with an HTML version around too.) Its a great source of info that should be captured to another site (permissions needed) so it doesnt disappear too.
