been since October of 1995.  We encourage anyone having any trouble

We'll be happy to direct you to the most convenient location to
demonstrate and purchase the product.

With regard to Mr. Alvoeiro, VictorMaxx Technologies, Inc. contacted him 
directly both by phone and e-mail in an attempt to understand his 
concern and frustration. We also had our UK distributor contact him, 
offering to meet in person if necessary.  If anyone else out there has 
any similar concerns, we'll be happy to do what it takes to make sure 
they get what they need.
