I've dabbled in virtual reality for about 4 years.  I first started
using Virtual Reality Studio.  It was very low end allowing you to
create worlds in only pyramids and cubes.  I recently moved on to
Vream and was very disappointed.  It sounds good on paper, linking
your world to other programs causing external program calls to start.
It allowed a larger array of shapes as well.  It was extremely hard to
build worlds in however, and if the world got more than a few objects
in it, all movement would be incredibly jerky.  Does anyone know of a
virtual reality program that is realitivly smooth running (i.e. not
jerky movements), and allows a wide variety of shapes, as well as the
capability to make you own shapes.  VR Creator, the successor of
Vream, claims that it will solve all of the problems that Vream had,
but this time I was going to find out from some one that knew
directly.  Is there any program out there that is descent to use or am
I dreaming?
