Menelli interface. Information on this can be found as part of Chris 
Hand's homebrew pages, specifically:

The web page contains a ciruit diagram, instructions, PCB layout etc. 
Incidentally, the Menelli interface is also a good alternative for those 
having timing problems using the BYTE hack (also on Chris's pages) and a 
fast Pentium.
