For anyone who is interested, I've made available a partial visual 	
glossary of virtual worlds from something I wrote several years back
while at Worldesign.

These are arbitrary definitions on my part but I've tried to include
what I've assimilated from various sources over the years [too many to
note references] and from my own experience and thinking.
