Not as much annoyed as dismayed!  It undermines the quality and
integrity of the group to constantly discuss low-level problems.  We
are a part of the sci. hierarchy of USENET, a privelege that brings a
responsibity with it.  Questions discussed on sci. newsgroups should
_not_ be reference level, easy answer postings.

Brace yourself, it's an awful URL and the original archives are
tarred and compressed.  However, 1996 and 1997 aren't.
