I would like to send out a questionaire to software firms that deliver
authoring tools or build content I would like to receive any
***e-mail*** adresses, so if you have would you be so kind to send it
to me by e-mail (remove part of the antispam string in my e-mail
address in this message).

Any comment/suggestion on the questionaire would be appreciated!

I am looking for a solution on the next question: 

is it possible to create on-the-fly photorealistic 3D/VRML-walkthrough
environments and in a cost-effective way? 

It is not impossible to create 3D/VRML environments. But is it
cost-effective? 

I am looking for a solution where real-estate agents can create such
environments on-the-fly, generating a walkthrough environment only by
taking pictures at a site and have these automatically translated in
3D (if needed with only a minimal input of data by hand: geographical
coordinates, groundsize). 
Any solution that would take much manual labour would not be a
solution. 
The goal is to be able to show customers (like an overseas investor)
on short notice (within a couple of hours) with a 3D/VRML walkthrough
environment, in which the customer can walk around in one of the rooms
(only one as example - like the room of the board of directors) (fully
furnished with replaceable objects) and have an idea of the view
outside.

I am looking forward to your response. State in which way you can play
a role in a solution and the costs. Thanks in advance!
